About these terms
These terms cover use of The Park Studios LLC website, including accounts, inquiries, discovery scheduling, and online event and project tools. Please read them before using these services. If you do not agree, do not use the services. A separately accepted project agreement, event policy, or purchase term controls its specific subject if it conflicts with these general website terms.
Accounts and authorized use
Provide accurate information and keep your account credentials and private project or booking links secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You may use the site only lawfully and must not impersonate others, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, misuse ticket or booking tools, or upload harmful or infringing material. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to do so.
Inquiries and discovery calls
Submitting an inquiry or booking a discovery call does not by itself create a production contract or guarantee a project date, price, deliverable, or availability. Those details are confirmed through the applicable quote or agreement. Check the time zone shown when scheduling. Use the scheduling options provided or contact us to request a change or cancellation. Calendar invitations and video links are provided for the intended participants; please keep private links private.
Projects, quotes, and creative work
Project scope, fees, deposits, schedules, revisions, cancellation terms, usage rights, and delivery requirements are governed by the agreement or terms presented for that project. Changes may require an updated scope or quote. Do not assume a discovery conversation or automated acknowledgement confirms a paid engagement. Contact us if an order, quote, or agreement appears incorrect.
Events, tickets, and payments
Prices, availability, eligibility, venue rules, and any event-specific conditions are shown with the relevant offering or during checkout. Review them before purchasing. Payment processing is provided by third parties such as Stripe. Refunds, transfers, and cancellations are handled under the policy disclosed for the relevant event or purchase and applicable law; these general terms do not create a blanket no-refund policy. Contact us about a payment problem or refund request.
Your materials and our content
You retain rights you have in material you submit. You must have permission to share it and authorize us to use it as reasonably necessary to respond to your request and provide the agreed services. Submitting material does not by itself grant permission to use it in public advertising or transfer ownership. Rights in commissioned work are addressed in the project agreement. Site branding, text, photographs, video, and other creative content belong to their respective owners; do not reproduce or exploit them without permission or another lawful basis.
Google and other external services
Google sign-in is optional where other sign-in methods are offered. Only authorized studio administrators may connect the studio Calendar account. Calendar and Meet functionality depends on Google and the permissions the account owner grants. Third-party websites and services, including payment and file-delivery services, are subject to their own terms. We do not control their availability. Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information.
Availability and corrections
We aim to keep information accurate and services available, but errors, maintenance, or interruptions may occur. We may correct website information and improve or change features. A correction does not override an existing agreement or rights provided by law. Contact us to confirm essential details if an online feature is unavailable.
Suspension and responsibility
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security issues, or unlawful activity. Website information is provided for general informational and service purposes without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, or changes obligations under a separately accepted project or purchase agreement.
Updates and questions
We may revise these terms and will update the effective date. Material changes affecting ongoing paid services will be handled consistently with the applicable agreement and law.
