What we make

Services & pricing.

Video, photography, and production support for artists, brands, and independent teams. Find your starting point below, then shape the project with us on a free discovery call.

Good work should be within reach.

The Park Studios believes in equity and meeting clients where they are. We know many artists are building something meaningful without a large budget. Tell us your idea, priorities, and what you can comfortably spend. We can explore a shorter shoot, a simpler edit, fewer deliverables, or a project built in stages so you can start where you are.

Selected services start at $300 for a focused scope. You do not need a big production budget to start a conversation. We will be clear about what is possible and agree on the work and price together.

Film / TV / Narrative Production

$2,500 to $10,000 USD

Story-driven production for independent films, television, and narrative projects. We help with planning, crew, filming, and post-production, with a scope built around your story and resources.

Short Film

$2,500 to $7,500 USD

Bring a focused story to the screen, from a scene or festival short to a complete short film. We can support pre-production, a small crew, location filming, and the final edit.

Pilot / Proof of Concept

$3,500 to $10,000 USD

Create a polished sample that shows the tone, characters, and visual direction of your idea. Useful for pitching a series, building support, or developing a longer production.

Documentary

$2,500 to $8,000 USD

Document real people, places, and experiences through interviews and observational footage. We work with you on the story, filming plan, and edit to create a clear, thoughtful short documentary.

BTS / Behind-the-Scenes

$300 to $2,500 USD

Show the process behind a shoot, rehearsal, recording session, or creative project. A focused $300 package can cover a short session or a simple edit; broader coverage and more deliverables increase the scope.

Event Recap Video

$300 to $3,500 USD

Capture the energy, people, and moments that make your event yours. Packages start at $300 for focused coverage or a short highlight edit, with longer coverage, additional cameras, and social cutdowns quoted to fit.

Music Video

$500 to $6,000 USD

Translate your sound into a visual story, performance piece, or focused creative concept. We plan the shoot with you and handle production and editing, with crew and locations matched to the project.

Interview / Documentary Style Video

$1,500 to $4,000 USD

Give an artist, organization, or community story room to be heard. We combine a planned interview with supporting footage and a finished edit for profiles, campaigns, or storytelling.

Social Media Content

$300 to $3,000 USD

Build short videos for Instagram, TikTok, and other social channels. Start with a focused $300 shoot or edit, or plan a batch of vertical clips, captions, and platform-specific versions.

Promo Video

500 to $4,500 USD

Introduce a brand, release, event, or campaign with a clear message and call to action. We help develop the concept, film the material, and create a main promo with agreed shorter versions.

Performance / Live Session Video

$500 to $4,000 USD

Document a performance or intimate live session with intentional camera coverage and synced audio. We plan around your set, space, and available sound setup, then edit the agreed songs or performance.

Photography

$300 to $2,500 USD

Portraits, artist imagery, event moments, and editorial photographs for your next release or project. Focused sessions start at $300; coverage time and the size of your edited gallery shape the final quote.

Editing Only

$300 to $3,000 USD

Turn footage you already have into a finished story. Projects start at $300 for a focused edit, with pacing, basic color and sound cleanup, formats, and revision rounds agreed before work begins.

Other / Custom Project

$300 to $10,000 USD

Have an idea that does not fit a package? Tell us what you need and what you can spend. Focused creative support starts at $300, and we can build a phased plan for larger projects.

Planning ranges, not fixed quotes. Final pricing depends on shoot days, crew, editing, and deliverables. Travel, specialist rentals, locations, talent, licensing, rush work, and taxes where applicable are quoted separately. Larger productions may exceed these ranges. We confirm the full scope and price before you commit. Ask about nonprofit and grant-funded projects.

Good to know

Questions clients ask first.

How much does a project cost?

Use the planning ranges above to get a starting point. After a free discovery call, we confirm the scope and send a written quote. Ask about nonprofit and grant-funded projects.

How far out should we book?

Two to four weeks is comfortable for most shoots. For event coverage, tell us the date and we'll confirm our availability.

Do you travel outside Providence?

Yes. We're based in Providence and work across Rhode Island and New England. Travel is quoted transparently in the scope.

What does the process look like after I book?

Discovery call, confirmed project details, contract, deposit, then scheduling. Track each step in your client portal.

Who owns the final work?

You do, for the usage agreed in your contract. We ask to keep the right to show the work in our portfolio unless the project is confidential.
